Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by listening actively, understanding client concerns, and offering effective solutions
• Assist clients with product information, order processing, billing issues, and troubleshooting technical problems
• Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry in company systems using Microsoft Office tools and specialized software
• Promote sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services
• Manage client communication via email or chat platforms, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and satisfaction among clients
