2. About the Opportunity : The Call Center Agent role is designed to manage inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing questions, complaints, and issues related to products or services. This position contributes to creating positive customer experiences by providing accurate information and efficient problem resolution.
3. Responsibilities :
- Answer or make calls to clients to understand and address their needs or complaints.
- Respond accurately and efficiently, offering solutions and ensuring clients feel supported.
- Engage in active listening, clarify information, and manage difficult client interactions.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
4. Requirements :
- Willingness to answer customer calls and resolve queries.
- Availability to work different shifts.
- Ability to attend training in the office and work from home or office based on client needs.
- Completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package :
- Pay rate after successful training is $13.25 per hour for a 40-hour weekly schedule.
- If unable to complete 40 hours, pay rate is $12.25 per hour.
