Call Center Advisor

About This Role

This Call Center Advisor role is the first point of contact for clients interested in the company's real estate projects, joining the commercial team. The position involves handling inquiries, providing project information, and qualifying prospects for sales visits.

Responsibilities

• Answer and return calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries from clients interested in the projects
• Provide timely follow-up to contacts from digital campaigns, real estate portals, and fairs
• Clearly present project features, property types, prices, and purchase conditions
• Qualify prospects and schedule visits to the sales office or show apartment
• Register and keep contact information updated in the CRM
• Coordinate with the commercial advisor team to refer interested clients

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in call center, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate sector is a plus)
• Excellent diction, friendly demeanor, and good listening and persuasion skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Proficient in office automation tools and willing to learn a CRM
• Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and providing constant follow-up

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of industry vocabulary (property type, square footage, down payment, pre-sale, mortgage credit)
