Call Center

About This Role

This in-office role at the company headquarters in Bothell involves converting inbound and outbound customer phone calls into appointments for the sales team. It suits a self-motivated individual with strong communication and computer skills who can work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed incentive-based goals by converting inbound and outbound customer phone calls to appointments using the company-prescribed script and methodology
• Actively make outbound phone calls to customers who have expressed interest in replacement windows, entry doors, and maintenance-free gutters
• Sell the value of scheduling an in-home consultation with the goal of converting the call to an appointment with the sales team
• Intermittently field inbound phone calls to schedule appointments
• Navigate multiple web-based computer systems while scheduling appointments and fielding/conducting phone calls
• Meet regularly with coaches and direct supervisor to provide and receive feedback on job performance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong computer skills
• Able to multitask
• Self-motivated to achieve goals around number of calls and appointments scheduled
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends

Nice to have:

• Inside sales and/or Call Center experience
• Experience with Google Chrome
