Responsibilities
- Handle phone inquiries regarding smartphone operations and provide remote support using a system
- Address common inquiries such as changing rate plans, resolving ad display issues, and assisting with data transfer after changing phone models
Requirements
- No specific qualifications required
- Experience: 1.5 years of inbound call experience, mobile carrier call center experience, or sales experience in the same industry
- Personality: Positive attitude towards work

Important Details
- Schedule: Shift work including weekends and holidays
- Shifts: Early (8:45-17:15), Mid (9:45-18:15), Late (11:40-20:10)
- Overtime: Approximately 10 hours per month
- Contract: Permanent, 3-month trial period (no difference in other benefits)
- Holidays: 2 days off per week on a shift basis (8-10 days off per month)
- Team: Training provided for approximately 4 months
