About This Role

This call center role involves engaging with clients to promote the Life Makers Foundation and its in-kind donation campaigns. It suits an individual with strong communication and persuasion skills who can meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Make phone calls to clients to introduce and market the Life Makers Foundation by explaining the organization's in-kind donation campaigns
• Identify customer needs and respond to questions and inquiries
• Address customer objections and continuously work to identify them
• Achieve personal targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Record notes for each customer during and after the call continuously to document and facilitate communication later, in addition to expanding the organization’s database
• Handle all data with the highest level of confidentiality
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager if the need arises

Requirements

• Higher or intermediate qualification
• Previous experience in the same field is preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in using the internet and modern technology
• Proficiency in using Excel and Word programs and the ability to manage databases
• Age not exceeding 28
• Emotional stability and problem-solving abilities
• Tactfulness in speech and persuasion
