Position Overview
- We are seeking a skilled CAD/CAM Programmer / CNC Machinist to join our team in West Chester Township, Ohio.
- This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional with expertise in mold design, CAD/CAM programming, CNC setup, machining, and quality control.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking a project from mold design through CNC programming, machine setup, production, and final quality inspection.
Key Responsibilities
- Design molds using Mastercam CAD/CAM X24 software
- Develop and write CNC programs for machining operations
- Perform mold design and programming activities
- Set up CNC machines and tooling
- Operate CNC machinery to produce precision components and molds
- Make necessary program adjustments and machining modifications
- Monitor machining operations and maintain production quality
- Inspect finished components to ensure specifications and quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot machining, programming, and setup issues as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
CNC Equipment
- You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of CNC machines, including:
- 3 HURCO CNC Machines
- 4 FADAL CNC Machines
- 3 Milltronics 3-Axis CNC Machines
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Mastercam CAD/CAM X24
- CAD/CAM programming
- Mold design
- CNC programming
- CNC machine setup and operation
- CNC machining and troubleshooting
- Precision measurement and quality control
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
