岗位职责：
1、简历获取——从公司提供的网站渠道以及其他创 新渠道搜集简历，合理利用招聘资源;
2、候选人邀约——负责简历初筛，以及公司招聘岗位的面试到场邀约;
3、招聘渠道优化——招聘网站的维护和更新以及招聘网站的信息沟通;
4、候选人入职维护——候选人面试后入职转化维护，完成招聘指标考核。
任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历;
2、具备招聘端口处理工作经验优先、销售经验优先;
3、责任心强、工作仔细认真、灵活变通;
4、有良好团队合作以及开拓创新精神。
