About the role
薪资结构
1、试用期无责底薪6k--10k+提成10%，综合薪资30K--50K（签约次月拿提成！！！）
2、转正底薪10k--20k（根据试用期业绩情况按岗级p1--p7定职级，经验高起点高）+提成15%--30%（签约成功次月拿提成！！！）
3、岗级每季度一次评选调整一次（晋升快）

岗位职责
1、公司提供一手客户资源，通过电话销售的方式负责企业客户的拓展、开发、维护、商务项目的洽谈、实施，主动对客户进行拜访；
2、只需要按照公司提供话术与客户电话沟通，通过沟通了解客户整体经营情况，成交客户即可；
3、维护现有客户的业务和订单的收款处理；
4、挖掘客户的持续需求，发展与客户的战略合作伙伴关系。
任职要求
1、大专及以上学历，有企业类销售经验（TO B）或者财会、金融相关背景可优先录取，公司提供免费岗前培训（有销售佳绩可破格录用！）；
2、良好的执行力和团队合作精神；
3、接受无经验，带薪培训，老带新模式，无须担心上手困难；
4、需要熟悉电脑操作。
