1、协助项目经理负责前期项目策划和前期技术评审。
2、协助项目经理组织跟进定点，锁定进度，组织人员评审技术资料，识别开发风险。
3、协助项目经理跟踪、监控产品开发期间的过程，组织项目组小组会议，完成周汇报，月汇报等汇报工作，组织策划外观认可，尺寸认可，OTS认可，PPAP认可等工作。管理项目的进度、成本、质量、采购、订单交付等。
4、协助项目经理跟客户进行技术沟通，并及时把客户的信息传递到公司内部。
5、协助项目经理及时识别项目过程风险，进行风险管理或报警，并协调各种资源解决产品开发周期内的各种问题。
