岗位职责：
- 根据公司提供的资源电话，向客户推广房产服务；
- 负责线上接听客户热线，为客户讲解、促进成交；
- 通过电话负责意向客户的对接、约访工作；
- 协助配合销售团队，促进销售订单完成。
任职资格：
- 普通话标准，沟通表达能力佳
- 吃苦耐劳，良好的执行力和团队合作精神
- 熟悉电话销售或客户服务的业务模式，有电话客服或销售经验者优先。
