About the role
Description:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in automation testing, with a solid mix of manual, development and automation exposure.
Technical Skills:
Should have experience in C# development, SQL.
Candidate should be capable of doing development and Testing.
Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework (e.g. Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or equivalent).
Hands-on experience with writing integration tests.
Test frameworks: NUnit (mandatory).
BDD exposure (desirable): SpecFlow or Cucumber.
CI/CD integration: Running and maintaining automated tests in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar.
Version control: Git.
Test reporting: Allure, ExtentReports, or built-in framework reporting.
Soft Skills & Attributes
Highly proactive - identifies automation opportunities without waiting for direction.
Comfortable driving conversations with developers and testers.
Strong analytical and risk-based thinking when deciding what to automate.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Practical mindset focused on improving outcomes rather than just tool usage.
