About This Role

This role involves carefully refining the playfulness and operability of home video games using C programming. It suits a C programmer with Unity experience who is dedicated to improving game responsiveness and performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement game control processing and stage progression for home console games using Unity and C
• Prototype hyper-casual elements that can be played repeatedly in a short time
• Measure response speed during operation and improve processing
• Investigate and fix bugs

Requirements

• Development experience using C
• Game production experience with Unity
• Experience in improving operability and processing speed
• Ability to implement while confirming specifications with a team

Important Details

• Schedule: 8 hours per day, average 18 to 21 days per month
• Overtime: Less than 10 hours per month on average

• Leave: Year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week holidays, summer holidays, paid leave
• Probation/Training period: 3 months, with the same conditions as full employment
