About This Role

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and negotiate purchases
- Appraise branded goods and jewelry
- Conduct checks with specialized equipment and request external surveys
- Respond to inquiries via LINE

- Perform store operation tasks such as sales management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a full-time employee
- Customer interaction experience (e.g., customer service or sales)

Important Details
- Schedule: 10:00-19:00 or 9:00-18:00 (7 hours 45 minutes actual work, 75 minutes break; 60 minutes break for those joining after May 1, 2026)
- Total working hours: 160 hours per month
- Average monthly overtime: 10 hours or less
- Contract: full-time employee, 3-month (90 days) trial period as fixed-term employment
- Annual holidays: 120 days
- Locations: Miyagino Ward, Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture (near Sendai Station)
- Training: 2 weeks at a store for those assigned to a store; 1 month at a store near headquarters for those assigned to business trip purchases (temporary stay required for those from distant locations)
