Responsibilities
- Greet customers and conduct initial interviews, asking about the items they brought and their sentiments
- Appraise products by taking photos with a smartphone and sending them to a specialized department at headquarters via a dedicated system
- Present the appraisal amount to customers and process payment
- Complete contracts and simple data entry tasks on a PC or tablet
Requirements
- Able to use a smartphone camera
- Enjoys talking to people
- No special experience or qualifications required
- No academic background or prior experience necessary
- Welcome second-graduates, part-timers, and those new to full-time employment
- Must be 35 years old or younger (due to Exception Reason 3-i for long-term career development)
