About the role

Provide procurement operational support and guidance to internal stakeholders using Oracle Cloud Procurement.

Review and validate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in accordance with procurement policies and service level commitments.

Manage assigned requisition queues and ensure timely processing for automatic release of Purchase Orders within agreed cycle times.

Collaborate with requesters, planning teams, suppliers, finance, and other cross-functional teams to address procurement-related requirements and concerns.

Troubleshoot and resolve Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, invoice, payment, and supplier-related issues in a timely manner.

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of procurement data, including Purchase Orders, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), supplier records, and relevant system parameters.

Monitor supplier commitments, order acknowledgments, pricing updates, and delivery schedules to support continuity of supply.

Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery commitments, and procurement-related concerns to ensure timely fulfillment of business requirements.

Support supplier onboarding activities and maintain accurate supplier information within procurement systems.

Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, operational efficiency, and data accuracy.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements and regulatory requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, materials planning, or related functions.

Working knowledge of purchasing systems and procurement processes. Experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement or other ERP systems is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing or a related industry is an advantage.
