Being a commercial butcher who delivers excellent customer service is at the heart of this role. The position suits someone with a can-do attitude and a passion for their trade.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, building relationships with them to understand their business and their needs
• Prepare orders to customers' requirements
• Comply with health and safety and legal standards at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience within the butchery trade with good product knowledge, cutting, and preparation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Organized and an excellent communicator
• Good understanding of stock control processes and procedures
