About This Role
This busser role supports the dining services team in an independent living community, ensuring a welcoming and organized meal experience for residents. It suits a dependable, friendly, and service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a team environment and takes pride in cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Clear tables and remove dishes, glassware, and silverware promptly and efficiently
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining surfaces between guests
- Reset tables with appropriate place settings in preparation for the next meal service
- Assist with dining room setup before service and cleanup after meals
- Support servers and other dining team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Replenish silverware, napkins, condiments, and other dining supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room throughout service
- Follow established food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
- Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous, and respectful manner
- Report spills, safety hazards, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate team member
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

Important Details
