Working in a coastal-inspired dining experience, the Busser proactively supports servers and guests to ensure smooth dining room operations. This role suits someone with a diligent work ethic who can anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively anticipate the needs of servers, guests, and the dining room to support smooth operations
• Maintain working knowledge of food and beverage offerings to assist with garnishing, food running, and service support
• Execute duties with precision and consistency by following established steps of service, even during high-volume periods
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with all health and safety guidelines
• Ensure side stations are properly stocked, organized, and prepared to meet business demands

Requirements

• Previous experience in a full-service restaurant environment; fine-dining experience preferred
• Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance
• Strong multitasking skills with a dependable and diligent work ethic
• Ability to anticipate guest and operational needs in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for the duration of assigned shifts and lift up to 35 pounds
