Introduction & Summary
We are seeking an experienced Payroll professional to support a significant HR and Payroll transformation initiative in Morocco (Freelancer). This role emphasizes strong business acumen over technical skills, focusing on standardizing Payroll processes onto a single cloud-based platform. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between local business teams and the implementation partner, ensuring that the unique requirements of the country are efficiently captured and communicated.
Main Responsibilities
The primary duties include:
- Coordinate requirement gathering with local stakeholders.
- Collect business processes and country-specific requirements.
- Act as the interface between local business users and the implementation partner.
- Support SAP integrations and Treasury payment files.
- Understand APF, SAF-T and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate UAT preparation.
- Validate business processes.
- Ensure successful adoption of the new solution.
Key Requirements
- Strong Business Analysis background.
- Experience working on HRIS, Payroll or ERP programmes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience coordinating business stakeholders.
- French and English language proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Payroll implementation experience.
- SAP HR / SuccessFactors exposure.
- Treasury or Finance integration knowledge.
Other Details
This role is primarily hybrid, on a freelancer contract and based in Tangier, Morocco. The candidate will represent local business needs and facilitate a smooth transition during the implementation of the new Payroll system.
