Business Transformation Manager

Location: Parsippany, NJ – Hybrid

Duration: 10–12 Months with extension

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the integrated North America Transformation Plan .
• Build executive dashboards, KPI reporting, governance materials, and Steering Committee presentations .
• Own the enterprise RAID log , risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies, integration risks, and downstream business impacts.
• Coordinate readiness across ERP/Microsoft Dynamics, TSA exits, legal entities, customers, facilities, and business cutover .
• Partner with Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT, Facilities, and external partners.
• Facilitate executive governance meetings and track decisions, actions, and escalations.
• Drive accountability and resolution of cross-functional gaps.
• Provide recommendations to leadership and continuously improve transformation governance.

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise transformation, PMO, ERP readiness, carve-outs, separations, M&A, or large-scale business transformation .
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Advanced Excel and excellent PowerPoint skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive facilitation experience.
• Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment .
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a strong bias toward action.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics implementation/readiness experience.
• Experience with ERP deployments, TSA exits, carve-outs, separations, or business cutovers .
• Consumer products/FMCG industry experience preferred.
