At Raiffeisen Bank, you do this inside an Agile setup, working alongside solution architects, developers, testers, and Product Owners — never in isolation, but as part of a team that has your back when things get complicated. 🤝 You work with SQL, JIRA, Confluence, dig into logs in ELK, understand API/MQ/batch integration flows, and move just as naturally between Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Plus, you're encouraged to use AI tools to work faster and sharper — not to replace analytical thinking, but to support it. 🤖✨
What you'll do 👇
- Analyze business requirements and turn them into complete functional and non-functional specifications, using RBRo methodology
- Write clear user stories/use cases that the development team can build on without ambiguity
- Collaborate with solution architects to define the optimal technical approach for each requirement
- Assess the functional and performance impact of changes on existing and connected systems
- Support the creation of test scenarios (ST/SIT/UAT) and validate the test plan together with the test analyst
- Provide technical support and clarifications throughout development, including during post-implementation stabilization
- Keep specification documentation up to date, reflecting every approved change
- Mentor junior analysts on complex issues, helping raise the team's overall expertise
