Business Support Specialist I

About This Role

This remote role supports Bank products or services within a business unit by executing daily operating activities. It involves working directly with individuals to address issues, respond to inquiries, facilitate workflow, and ensure client satisfaction through handling, processing, and servicing requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts, portfolios, or packages specific to the line of business, including creation and termination
• Perform routine data entry, processing, and documentation
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with all rules and regulations
• Perform various operational tasks that occur during customer, vendor, and associate inquiries
• Develop relationships with customers, associates, or vendors to achieve business goals and streamline service experience
• Determine target needs and provide resolution
• Provide knowledge in the area of work
• Assist in troubleshooting for both internal and external parties
• May assist in the promotion and distribution of Bank products or services

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in Operations, Support, or Customer Service
• Builds productive relationships
• Customer service skills
• Organization skills
• Problem solving
• Troubleshooting

Nice to have:

• Treasury experience
