Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Strategy & Business Analysis Specialist to support high-impact business initiatives across multiple functional areas. The role requires translating complex business challenges into data-driven strategies and actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate revenue potential, cost structures, and profitability scenarios.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align business objectives with execution plans.
• Design dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business performance metrics for leadership review.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to guide prioritization and resource allocation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience analyzing business data to derive strategic insights and inform decision-making.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into operational execution.
