Role Summary
We are looking for professionals with strong expertise in Business Reporting, MIS Reporting, Reporting Analytics, Dashboard Development, Automation, Governance Reporting, and Stakeholder Management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and VBA Macros with a strong focus on KPI/SLA reporting and business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports with high accuracy.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Generate ad-hoc reports based on business requirements.
- Analyze historical data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Automate reporting processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, and VBA Macros.
- Track and report operational KPIs, SLAs, and governance metrics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews.
- Drive governance meetings and reporting performance with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and timely report delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through reporting automation and analytics.
- Work as an Individual Contributor or lead a small reporting team based on business requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5–11 years of experience in Reporting Analytics, MIS Reporting, or Business Reporting.
- Strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, reporting automation, and dashboard development.
- Experience in governance reporting, KPI/SLA reporting, and performance analytics.
- Exposure to Finance & Accounting, HR, Marketing Operations, Procurement, or Supply Chain reporting is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in shared services or global delivery environments.
