Business Process Manager SAP

Your Mission

• You are responsible for the functionality of the SAP module MM as the globally responsible Key User. You analyze and prioritize the requirements of the departments, develop solution concepts, and define functional requirements.
• In joint initiatives and projects with IT Application Architects and external consultants, you ensure the technical implementation of the solution concepts in SAP, considering the interfaces to other applications.
• You create the initial QM documents and work instructions and are responsible for the knowledge transfer to the operational SAP Key User network. For the Key Users, you ensure a 2nd-level support.
• A key focus is also the design of business processes in the process management tool. You consider not only the correct sequence of steps in SAP and other applications but also the entire operational tasks and information flows.
• As a sub-project manager, you participate in larger SAP or process projects. You are independently responsible for managing initiatives for complex improvement measures.
• You moderate internal as well as cross-departmental workshops and conduct training sessions.
• Your work is complemented by participating in the preparation of decision templates for management.

Your Talents

• Successfully completed (business) university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification, preferably in the field of IT, business informatics.
• Job/project experience with a good understanding of operational processes, ideally in a globally positioned company.
• Very good knowledge of SAP module MM, ideally for SAP 4/HANA, e.g., as a Key User.
• Strong analytical skills, conceptual abilities, structured working style, and initial experience in project management.
• Ability to grasp complex relationships and present them clearly.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
