Business Process and Compliance Specialist (Patient Evidence)

As a Business Process and Compliance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring process integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within our Patient Evidence team. What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the Business Process Lead on managing and enhancing process workflows, documents, and compliance activities within Patient Evidence.
- Create, update, and maintain process and procedural documents, serving as the Source Controlled Documents Expert.
- Support process improvement projects through data collection, workshop facilitation, and report preparation.
- Manage SharePoint content and training materials to ensure clarity and accessibility.
- Facilitate process audits, inspections, deviation CAPAs, and gap analyses to sustain compliance and inspection readiness.
- Digitize and maintain process landscapes within Business Process Management tools to support digital transformation goals.
- Act as a technical point of contact and quality document controller for patient evidence processes.

- Excellent analytical skills, capable of data interpretation and synthesis.
- Technical proficiency with metrics dashboards and presentation tools.
- Experience with process/document management in regulated environments.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and share knowledge openly.
- Strong organizational skills and resilience under pressure.
- Problem-solving aptitude, including root cause analysis and innovative thinking.
Nice To Have Skills
- Familiarity with ICH guidelines and other regulatory standards.
- Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) software and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of audit, inspection, and deviation management processes.
- Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting tools.
Preferred Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, particularly in compliance or process management roles.
- Minimum of 3 years in a regulated environment working on process and documentation management.
