***Business Partner Lead – 12 months+ – France (Remote)***
RED Global is currently looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Partner Lead to join a team on a contract basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in an SAP S/4HANA deployment, acting as the main bridge between the client's business teams and the SAP delivery organisation. The role will support business requirements, facilitate decision-making and ensure key design decisions remain aligned with the central SAP model throughout the deployment.
The role will be part-time and flexible, with increased involvement expected during critical project phases such as design workshops, testing cycles and go-live preparation.

● Location : Remote (France)
● Language: French and English mandatory; Spanish is a plus
Key requirements:
● Strong experience working on SAP S/4HANA transformation or deployment projects
● Proven experience as a Business Partner Lead / Business Process Lead within SAP projects
● Strong SAP S/4HANA project delivery experience
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
● Ability to work credibly with both business and IT teams
● Experience translating business requirements into clear project guidance
● Experience facilitating workshops and supporting key business decisions
● Strong understanding of SAP design governance and central SAP models
● Experience supporting testing, deployment and go-live activities
● Comfortable working on a flexible, part-time basis
Nice to have:
● Spanish language skills
● Experience working on large-scale SAP transformation programmes
● Experience with global SAP templates or central design models
● Experience supporting multiple SAP deployment phases
