This Business Operations Specialist role offers significant responsibility and influence, combining finance, operations, and business aspects. Responsibilities

• Be responsible for processes within time reporting, invoicing, and operational follow-up, and support the organization in these areas
• Ensure good planning and foresight regarding consultant utilization
• Work with reporting, analysis, and follow-up of operational results
• Project lead larger procurements and tender processes
• Develop working methods, routines, and processes
• Provide important support to management and business leadership in operational and business matters

Requirements

• A few years of experience in finance, controlling, operations, or business support
• Enjoy combining analysis with implementation
• Structured, unpretentious, and proactive as a person
• Enjoy taking responsibility, driving improvements, and making things happen
• Humble, communicative, and thrive in a culture where collaboration and shared results are in focus
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Genuine interest in both numbers and the business behind them

Nice to have:

• Experience from consulting activities and an understanding of how utilization, assignments, invoicing, and profitability are connected

The Swedish operations currently consist of a merger between the former Valcon Sweden, which focused on Management Consulting, and the Swedish data/AI company Bricobomba.
