About This Role
Being part of a proactive team that anticipates needs and achieves objectives, the Business Operations Specialist will collect, consolidate, and analyze operational and business data to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support strategic decision-making
- Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and executive presentations, effectively communicating results, findings, and recommendations to senior management
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve productivity through best practices and operational improvement methodologies
- Coordinate activities, monitor work plans, and track key initiatives to ensure the timely achievement of objectives, milestones, and deliverables
- Collaborate with operational, financial, technology, and business teams to align priorities and facilitate the implementation of strategic initiatives
- Evaluate initiative performance, budgets, resource utilization, and operational results to maximize organizational value
- Monitor adherence to organizational procedures, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements while promoting operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or related areas
- Experience working with data analysis, operational metrics, and executive reporting
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing strategic initiatives
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization
- Experience using data analysis and visualization tools
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
