This role oversees the day-to-day activities within the organization to ensure efficient and effective operational performance. The Business Operations Manager defines, implements, and maintains an integrated operational process that fosters functional departmental collaboration across production, quality, procurement, services, engineering, finance, and resource allocation. The role leads Production, Planning, Operational Supply Chain, and Stores, while upholding the highest SHE and Quality standards to ensure efficient and margin-accretive delivery of all customer orders.
