Business Operations Intern

About This Role

This broad internship exposes you to all business and operational aspects of a deep-tech startup, driving business growth through pre-project engagement and research, project execution, and post-project support. You will work directly with the Business and Operations Teams, reporting to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Team to ensure smooth revenue generation through pre and post-project support to customers
• Support the Operations Team by creating and improving documentation, such as Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Assist with Project Execution, through allocating internal resources and management of external vendors
• Source for new vendors as the business requires
• Support and potentially lead initiatives to improve operational excellence, from ideation to rollout

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-directed learner, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Operations, or related field
