About the role

About This Role

This high-agency, tech-native operator role is for someone who thrives in chaos, moves fast, and wants to scale one of the most ambitious ag-tech startups in the world. You will touch nearly every part of the company and directly influence how the company delivers for customers and grows as an organization. The role sits within the Operations team, with very close collaboration with the Strategic Operations Lead, Hardware Engineering Lead, and field technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the hub between customers, engineering, operations, and sales to keep projects aligned and moving
  • Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple teams, staying one step ahead of deadlines
  • Work directly with the hardware team and external vendors to anticipate timeline hurdles and mitigate supply chain risk
  • Support new customer deployments, hardware QA processes, camera rollouts and upgrades, shipping, parts deliveries, and more
  • Track issues and solutions with engineering and operations, escalate appropriately, and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned
  • Transform recurring solutions into systems, such as SOPs and automation
  • Maintain high standards for precision, quality, and follow-through

Requirements

  • Early-career operator with 1-3 years of industry experience in a fast-moving environment (startup, operations, or customer-facing tech)
  • Tech and AI-native; fluent in Slack, Linear, Google Workspace, Canva, AI tools, and modern ops tools
  • High-agency executor who takes ownership, figures it out, and delivers results
  • Excellent communicator, confident with communicating respectfully, clearly, and constantly with customers, engineers, and executives alike
  • Comfortable with unglamorous work and willing to do what others won't to make the company succeed
  • Detail-obsessed and reliable, catching what others miss and never letting things fall through the cracks; good at getting to the bottom of things and willing to do whatever it takes to succeed
  • Strong fundamentals and background

Nice to have:

  • Technical experience
  • Supply Chain experience
  • Operational Field Management experience

Benefits

  • Generous equity compensation
  • Opportunity to learn, operate, and grow faster here than anywhere else
  • Room for growth and advancement, with the potential to grow into senior roles if you consistently exceed expectations
  • High visibility and cross-functional impact across all internal teams
  • Be part of the team building the backbone of a fast-growing company redefining modern agriculture
  • Deeply motivated by the impact made, where every new feature created and new system deployed means less food that goes to waste, and more people who are fed
