- About the Opportunity:
The Business Operations Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the organization''s expanding customer base by delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. This position contributes to the company’s growth and success by managing inbound non-phone communications and executing back-office financial processes with accuracy and compliance.
- Responsibilities:
• Provide customer and operational support via email, direct mail, faxes, and internal tickets
• Resolve inbound requests independently and escalate when necessary
• Handle disputes, chargebacks, and account-related issues
• Accurately post payments received through direct mail
• Conduct quality assurance on customer service phone calls as needed
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance deadlines
• Follow established procedures precisely and identify process improvements
• Adapt to various tasks as required
- Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, billing, or fraud investigations
• Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency in routine tasks
• Proficient problem-solving, math, computer, and keyboarding skills, including Microsoft Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently both remotely and on-site
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred; additional languages advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• $24 per hour
• Eligible for participation in the Operations bonus incentive
