About This Role

This role is for an AI-native builder obsessed with leveraging AI to transform how teams work. You will identify high-leverage workflows across all non-engineering operations, diagnose bottlenecks, and implement AI-native solutions to drive commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify the highest-leverage workflows that drive commercial outcomes within non-engineering teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, Ops, Talent)
• Diagnose constraints in these workflows
• Ship AI-native solutions that permanently change how the team operates
• Set the bar for AI-native operating across the company, defining what good looks like, what tools to use, and what every team should expect from their own workflows in six months
• Aggressively devise ways to use AI to create leverage within top priority objectives
• Turn any learnings into reusable patterns
• Decide what to build in-house versus what to buy

Requirements

• Build with AI as your default mode, not as a novelty
• Have shipped agents, automations, or skills that changed how real work gets done
• Be a commercial athlete, capable of driving data analysis independently, and turning those insights into winning tactics and ideas
• World-class ability to keep technical and commercial talent aligned on what matters, and aware of what needs to happen
• Able to make things happen at a high rate, both through your own endeavor and through the orchestration of a broader team
• All-in on doing the most impactful work possible
