About This Role

This role involves taking ownership of the company's CRM and commercial tools, guiding the centralization of systems, and improving operational efficiency. It suits an experienced CRM administrator who can strategically break down problems and make decisive choices in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM: data model, workflows, automations, and integrations
• Collect requests from Sales, Jet Studio, Customer Success, and Cost Saving, decide which ones are relevant, and implement them
• Lead the centralization of tools and systems, as current fragmentation causes issues
• Mentor a junior person in the role

Requirements

• Experience as a CRM administrator, ideally HubSpot, but Salesforce or Pipedrive are acceptable if you can design a data model
• Ability to break down problems: take a large, vague request and reduce it into small, solvable pieces
• System thinking: consider downstream impacts before adding a field
• Ability to say no: four teams will ask for things simultaneously, and part of the job is deciding what to ignore
