About This Role

This role is for an operator to help scale a healthcare company that assists physicians in starting, operating, and growing their independent practices. The position suits a self-starter who enjoys solving ambiguous, cross-functional problems and is motivated by transforming healthcare at scale.

Requirements

• Self-starter with a bias toward action and a drive to own outcomes end-to-end
• Thinks independently; able to diagnose a problem, craft a strategy, and execute with speed
• Loves solving ambiguous, cross-functional problems and designing creative, scalable solutions
• Comfortable operating at both high altitude (systems thinking, long-term planning) and low altitude (optimizing a single workflow to unlock scale)
• Builder at heart; prototypes, iterates, and refines until the experience is exceptional
• Collaborative teammate who wants to play long-term games with long-term people
• Wants to help build a generational company with a 30-year horizon, motivated by transforming healthcare at scale
• Built or scaled end-to-end operational systems, ideally within a healthcare, regulated, or complex-workflow environment
• Designed and optimized cross-functional processes spanning product, engineering, operations, and clinical teams
• Worked closely with engineers, designers, and clinicians to develop or refine workflows that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency
• Created and maintained scalable, data-driven workflows that enhance the patient, customer, or user journey
• Conducted market research, competitive analysis, and market expansion planning to inform product strategy

• Experience building or scaling AI-enabled products or AI-driven operational processes
