Building the processes, systems, and AI-enabled workflows that form the operating foundation of the company's brokerage is the core of this hands-on operations role. This person will work across the company to understand current workflows, improve and expand them, and create the structure needed as volume and complexity increase. A central part of the role will be determining how work shifts over time from people to AI agents, designing workflows that span both, and building systems to manage quality, performance, and accountability.
