Role Overview: This position involves leading and managing financial analytics and valuation models within a dynamic team focused on climate change and policy analysis.
- Responsibilities: Develop strong client and team relationships, facilitate client engagement, oversee building custom financial forecast models, support data analysis, conduct research, and perform scenario modeling.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment, manage engagement economics, and utilize expertise in forecasting, corporate finance, and valuation processes.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members, supporting their development and ensuring quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum five years of experience in financial analytics modeling, with at least two years in a team leadership role. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business. Experience with financial modeling in Excel and familiarity with VBA, SQL, data visualization tools, and AI technologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in creating management-level presentations and applying finance and valuation concepts to support decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
