This Business Manager role in Paris involves developing commercial activity, leading teams, and recruiting talent to support the growth of clients in the banking and financial sector. The position is for an IT professional who can act as a key player in clients' technological transformation.
Responsibilities
- Identify technological challenges in the banking and financial sector
- Understand the global challenges of clients and prospects, detect their needs, and develop relevant services
- Create a privileged relationship with clients
- Recruit and manage a team of consultants
- Monitor the deployment of complex technical projects
- Manage a profit center, ensure its profitability, and define new levers for growth
Requirements
- Bac +5 degree (Engineering diploma or Grande Ecole de commerce)
- Project yourself into a role that is commercial, managerial, and technical
- First experience in a consulting firm and an entrepreneurial spirit (business creation, Junior Enterprise, etc.)
- Comfortable with engineering challenges and master technical vocabulary to interact effectively with professionals
- Passionate about challenges and motivated by a dynamic and stimulating environment
