Business Manager

About This Role

This business manager role is with a credit union that aims to foster prosperity for people and the local community. The position involves identifying and attracting new members and businesses, managing client portfolios, and promoting the cooperative's financial solutions. Responsibilities

• Identify and attract new members and businesses, understanding their sector and risk level
• Conduct visits to finalize deals and strengthen relationships with members
• Register future opportunities and maintain continuous contact, demonstrating genuine interest
• Make daily, proactive contact with members and prospects, identifying opportunities and applying consultative sales techniques
• Understand Sicredi's solutions and offer those most suitable for the member's situation
• Use portfolio data to stimulate members about financial solutions, verifying their relevance to their life stage
• Support members in their decisions about financial products and services, creating initial financial strategies and generating positive impact in the communities where the cooperative operates
• Monitor portfolio indicators and results, planning actions to achieve or exceed defined objectives
• Control portfolio debt levels and develop measures to resolve delinquency, avoiding costs and legal involvement
• Register and update member data
• Integrate new members, explaining about Sicredi and answering questions, aiming to engage members with cooperative values
• Manage portfolios of Micro and Small Businesses and mixed portfolios in small branches, aiming to provide differentiated and targeted service to the target audience
• Occasionally (and as needed) perform financial transactions such as payments, receipts, and transfers
• Ensure compliance with systemic and local regulations, as well as responsibilities related to the position
• Be responsible for other roles and responsibilities related to the position

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education
• Commercial experience
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Experience with active prospecting
• Commercial skills and good communication
• Reside in Barra Velha or the region
• Anbima – C-Pro R certification
