About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Engineer to join our growing data analytics team. In this role, you will play a critical part in empowering business stakeholders with clear and insightful data visualizations.
Responsibilities :

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Looker Studio.

Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data visualizations.

Source, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Develop and maintain data models that optimize query performance and support complex data analysis.

Implement best practices for data security and governance.

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in BI tools and technologies.

Participate in the creation and maintenance of data quality standards and processes.

Document data models, reports, and development processes for future reference.

Train and mentor business users on effectively utilizing BI dashboards and reports.
Qualifications :
-
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer or related role.

Proven expertise in creating interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Looker Studio (or similar tools).

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.

Experience with SQL and proficiency in writing complex queries.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Bonus Points :

Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView).

Experience with data integration tools (e.g., ETL/ELT tools).

Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
