Developing, optimizing, and maintaining the company's Business Intelligence solutions is the core of this role. Your work will provide teams across the business with reliable, actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and contributing to Yettel’s strategic growth.
Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements for new developments and enhancements to existing Business Intelligence systems
Configure, develop, optimize, and document BI software solutions, as well as other systems that support the team’s operations
Develop and maintain operational procedures for BI solutions
Identify opportunities for improvement and establish working standards and quality criteria for the BI domain
Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in Business Intelligence
Contribute BI expertise to assigned projects, supporting their successful delivery
Plan, coordinate, and perform internal and user acceptance testing, system implementation, and change management for BI solutions
Monitor BI systems, provide third-level support, and troubleshoot issues to help ensure 24/7 system availability
Train, advise, and support users in their day-to-day work with Business Intelligence systems
Requirements
Proven experience in the Business Intelligence domain and understanding of how BI solutions transform data into meaningful insights that support business objectives and improve operational efficiency
Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate complex technical concepts and data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Well organized, with strong planning and prioritization skills, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively across the analysis, development, and maintenance of BI solutions
Integrity and reliability, taking ownership of responsibilities, delivering work with accuracy and professionalism, and handling sensitive data with care and discretion
