Job Description
- This individual will be responsible for designing and maintaining reporting solutions, developing scalable data models, automating data workflows, and partnering directly with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Build and optimize data models within Databricks and SQL Server environments
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to automate data ingestion and data flows
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Scope, prioritize, and deliver BI projects in a timely manner
- Analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights to support business decision-making
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting workflows and operational efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions
- Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams
- Document processes, data models, and reporting standards
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Power BI dashboard and report development
- Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL skills
- Experience building and optimizing data models
- Hands-on ETL development experience
- Experience working within Databricks environments
- Strong data visualization and business intelligence background
- Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into business insights
- Ability to gather requirements directly from stakeholders and deliver reporting solutions independently
- Python experience preferred
- Experience with Tableau is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or related discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience accepted
Compensation
- Pay Rate: Up to $56.34per hour
