About This Role
As a Business Intelligence Developer at OneLSC, you will be part of a community of Business Intelligence teams dedicated to delivering data management services to partner Trusts. This role is designed for an experienced analyst who can extract valuable insights for clinical and operational teams, enhancing clinical care and performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop automated solutions to transition the Business Intelligence department from manual to automated processes
- Utilize expert SQL and programming skills to support the automation process across the service
- Maximize the timely flow of data into the organization's data visualization tools
- Create appropriate reporting solutions that meet the organizational need for real-time operational data
- Collaborate with approximately 20 Business Intelligence Analysts and engineers to support Lancashire Teaching Hospitals Trust
- Build experience within an expert analytics community by working collaboratively across the wider One LSC BI community
Requirements
- Experience in Business Intelligence development and analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft ETL Stack (SSIS and SSAS)
- Ability to analyze and report on large, complex data sets
- Experience using tools for data visualization and reporting
- Strong programming skills to support automation processes
