Business Intelligence Analyst

About This Role

The Business Intelligence Analyst supports strategic decision-making by partnering with leadership to plan, forecast, and analyze performance. This role involves translating data into actionable insights, driving budgeting and reforecast cycles, building scenario models, and monitoring key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
• Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows
• Collaborate with IT and business teams for data integration

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-8 years of experience with strong SQL and data modeling
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Advanced Excel and data visualization expertise
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

Nice to have:

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, DOMO Tableau, etc.)
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
• Strong skills in Excel formulas and data modeling
