Immigration Associate | Detroit
Growing Midwest law firm seeks an Immigration Associate with at least three years of experience to join a well-established immigration practice in Detroit.
This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated immigration matters, including removal defense, asylum applications, waivers, appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and federal court litigation. The practice also advises employers on temporary worker programs and other complex immigration issues.
Ideal candidates will have significant experience with immigration court proceedings, strong writing and advocacy skills, and a genuine interest in building a specialized immigration practice. Experience with federal litigation, BIA appeals, or H-2A/H-2B matters is a plus.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside highly respected attorneys, take on meaningful client-facing responsibilities, and develop a long-term platform within a collaborative firm that values attorney development and entrepreneurship.
