🎯The Role:
You dial. You pitch. You close. Repeat
Own the entire sales cycle - Every deal you crack - plays a direct role in growing Delhivery's shipper base. Think of yourself as a growth partner, not just a sales representative
You'll work with businesses of all sizes, understand their logistics pain points, and show them why Delhivery is the answer. Every deal you close moves real products to real people across India
🎯What You'll Own:
Connect with inbound & outbound clients to identify sales opportunities
Lead consultative sales conversations that uncover customer needs
Conduct compelling dashboard demos that convert
Drive deals from first touchpoint to signed contract
Own your numbers—meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals
Coordinate with operations and support teams to deliver seamless experiences
🎯Must-Have:
6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales/ business development
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Data-driven mindset-you analyze what's working and double down
🎯Good-to-Have:
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce
Familiarity with SMB and mid-market sales cycles
Based in Goa or ready to make the move
