We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder who enjoys outbound sales, lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement.
About the Role
- Meet or exceed lead generation, appointment-setting, and business development goals
- Work directly with Sales and Marketing to develop new leads and contribute directly to business growth.
- Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
- In-person sales, with a strong focus on face-to-face prospecting and client relationship building.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in related role
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Previous in-person/field sales experience preferred; ability to meet with prospects and clients face-to-face is required.
