About the role
Job Summary:
- Salary: Up to 7,500/month + Incentive
- Performance Bonus
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Located at Changi Business Park
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow key customer accounts to drive revenue and profitability.
- Lead and manage commercial, customer service, and daily freight forwarding operations.
- Ensure operational efficiency, service excellence, and strong customer relationships.
- Mentor and develop team members while driving overall commercial and operational performance.
Skills/Experience Required
- Around 10 years of sales, commercial, and operations experience in freight forwarding.
- At least 3 years of leadership or team management experience.
- Strong existing customer portfolio with the potential to generate at least SGD 50,000 in monthly revenue.
- Proven ability to drive business development while overseeing Customer Service and Operations functions.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with strong commercial, customer management, and operational capabilities.
